7-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must not be on our non-returnable list (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Your Return: Log into your account and navigate to your order history. Select the item you wish to return and click "Request Return"
  2. Print Return Label: Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship Your Return: Attach the return label and drop off the package at any authorized shipping location

Return Shipping

Free Returns: We provide free return shipping for all orders within the United States.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
